Studies the degree of Doctor of Philosophy are the highest stage of university studies at the Faculty of Agriculture, Food and Environment. Students accepted to this track are called “research students”.

Extensive information in English, including forms, progress outlines, regulations and a submission calendar, is available at the site of the Authority for Research Students. The Authority is responsible to the University Senate and  Rector for the standard of doctoral dissertations, and is responsible for monitoring the level of instruction required for the research students.
